Brows: Liner VS Powder Pencil is the easiest because it offers control. Use it to fill the bald or sparse spots and to extend the brow slightly. The pencil needs to be sharp every time to achieve the tiny hairline strokes. Brow Powder: Looks like a shadow, but the formula is different it is chalkier allowing it to stay put. Apply with a short, firm angled brush and again use tiny harilike strokes. Powder is the most natural looking because it looks softer than pencil. Quick tip when Tweezing- do it right after you shower, your hair follicles are more open and the hair will come out more easily 
